The Sub-Orbital Academic Research (SOAR) program is intended to offer student groups ‘ride-share’ space on a large high power rocket for the purposes of testing a student-built sub-orbital satellite.

Teachers, if you want to interest your in exciting science and engineering carrier possibilities, rocketry is a tool that can motivate them. The chest pounding roaring thunder and flames of a large rocket launch can ignite their minds unlike anything else.
